Post One Pot Taco Pasta

Good afternoon! What yummy recipes did you do this weekend? I did my go to One Pot Taco Pasta. It's an easy recipe leaving me to enjoy family time! I hope you enjoy it with your family too.

One Pot Taco Pasta

1 PTM Taco Dip Mix

1-2 pounds ground beef

1 can corn (drained)

1 can rotel (not drained)

8 oz shredded mexican style cheese

1/2 onion (diced) (or just sprinkle dried minced onion)

8 oz rotini pasta (or any type pasta you want)

1. Brown meat, dip mix and onion together (do not drain).

2. Add corn, rotel, and pasta. If it looks a little dry, fill one of the cans with water and add. You want the liquid to almost cover the mixture.

3. Turn on medium heat, simmer and cover.

4. Stir as needed. Once your noodles are soft turn heat down and pour your cheese on top.

5. Recover and then turn heat off. Let cheese melt.

6. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or your own favorite toppings.

Enjoy your week! Come back Thursday for a NEW Holiday recipe!
