Here's a Halloween Treat for the Adults! Sinfully Sweet & Delightfully Decadent. It's also relatively low in calories!
Holiday Recipe | How To Make A Chocolate Snicker Bar Martini - YouTube <- Link to watch Video Recipe INGREDIENTS Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka (2) 1 0z shots Unsweetened 30 Calorie Vanilla Almond Milk 4 oz Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup 2 TBL + Medjool Dates 1 Salted Peanuts 2 TBL (Approximately) Ice RECIPE Alright, first off you want to pit those Medjool Dates. Yeah, imagine my surprise when I was making some Date Bars a few years back, tossed the Dates in a food processor only to find out they had pits in them. Who knew? So um…pitting…muy importante. Just slice them slightly length wise and pull the pit out keep the Date relatively intact. Place your Date or Dates depending on how many of these puppies you’ll be making into a resealable bowl. Open up your bottle of Smirnoff Caramel Kiss and this is the important part…take a whiff…oh, my gosh…does that not smell amazing?!! Okay, back to the recipe. Pour 1 shot over your Dates, cover and pop in the fridge. You want those Dates to soak up all that Vodka Caramelly goodness. I let them sit overnight. Now on to the Martini makin’. Chop up your Salted Peanuts and place them on a plate. Drizzle your Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup on another plate. Add a good amount of ice to your Martini Shaker. You want your Martini nice and chilled. Pour 1 shot of your Smirnoff Caramel Kiss into the Shaker. Add your Unsweetened 30 Calorie Vanilla Almond Milk. Add 2 Tablespoons of Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup. Cap your Shaker and shake, shake, shake away! Grab a Martini Glass, turn upside down and place the rim on your plate with the Chocolate Syrup and coat that rim. Now do the same with the Chopped Peanut plate. Dip carefully and coat evenly. Get your Vodka Caramel Flavored Dates out and skewer one with a Cocktail Skewer and place in your Martini Glass. Pour your Martini and voila…absolute decadence. If you make one recipe of mine…please let it be this one. That is if you are of age and well enjoy an alcoholic beverage every once and awhile of course. If you do…make it, enjoy it and let me know what you think! |
