Made in the Microwave. It's Low Fat, Low Cal & Low Carb.
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS Light Cream Cheese – 3 oz Egg Beaters – 1 TBL Canned Pumpkin Puree – 2 TBL Vanilla Extract – 1 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice – 1/4 TSP Truvia – 2 TSP TOPPING INGREDIENTS Almond Meal – 1 TBL Cinnamon Sugar – 1/2 TSP I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray – 10 Spritzes RECIPE <-Link to Video Recipe Place all of the Pumpkin Cheesecake Ingredients (the first 6 ingredients) into a bowl and mix until creamed and well blended. Pour into a microwavable safe bowl and cover. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and give the mixture a bit of a stir. Place back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Remove once again and stir. Place your Pumpkin Cheesecake in the freezer for 30 minutes or the refrigerator for an hour until it sets. Let’s move on to making the Topping. Place the Topping ingredients in a small bowl or dish and mix together to form a crumble. Once your Pumpkin Cheesecake has set you can sprinkle the crumble on top and…voila you’re done! Enjoy!
