I came up with this the other day and my kids are loving it and eating a ton of veggies! 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 4 chicken breasts, and lots of frozen veggies. I put it in the crock pot for 4 hours until the chicken breaks up. I then serve it over cubed Garlic Bread (not the frozen kind with butter but the kind you get at the bakery) It's cold here in MN and its kind of like a quick chicken pot pie or chicken dumplings kind of dish. I'm eating leftovers right now!

I like using a whole chicken and rub garlic salt and herbs for seasoning. Chopped potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Throw it all in the pot and just relax

Have you tried crockingirls(either facebook or web) or 365 Days of Slow Cooking blog. These are both great places to get new crock pot recipes!

I love putting chicken breasts wit bbq sauce and bacon in the crockpot. When it is done you melt provolone on top of the chicken and bacon. It is amazing!
