I always try to have some info and some samples with me at all times. When I first started I had an impromptu party and really didn't have anything I could give the hostess to look at that was in an semblance of order and presented in a manner that would give her incentive to get orders before her party. I thought about it for a few days and now in my car I have my hostess to go party bag. Inside that bag (one of our brown bags) I have some brochures, order forms, a hostess reward form, a sample of linen spray, room spray and a couple of different samples of melts that I have melted. I also have a pen and a scratch pad inside the brochures there is a wish list. I also have the simply page in there telling about our products. If I know of a plug in warmer or a scent they are in love with and I have it on hand I will put that in there. I also have a little "contract" so I get my warmer back in case they don't get $200.00 in pre orders. Well I have given a couple out and I have 2 parties booked for the month of February I am so excited they are working! I know they can be better what do you put in yours? Need some ideas please.

That's a great idea Debra! What more would be helpful? What could corporate do on this end to make it nicer or easier? You seem to be doing so well! There is SO MUCH to be said about being prepared! The one time I go somewhere without a card with a sample stapled, is the time I need to gift it the most! Who doesn't LOVE FREE samples of something AWEMazing!!!

Thank you Denise! I really would like a hostess/join pamphlet one with the rewards for having a party listed out and the rewards for joining befragrant. The brochures we have are so nice and I have tried making something similar but I have no talent in that area at all.

Something else I am working on is pictures to go with the scents (I will post some in the album) I want to put them on a ring so it is visual for my customers.I am printing them out and then laminating them, Front and back so I will have about 15 "cards" on the ring, punching a hole in the corner and putting them on a ring that will be easy to carry with me. just the small 3 x 5 pictures my computer skills are not great so I am having a hard time with it but I will work it out.:D

Great Idea! That would go nicely in a Hostess Folder! Right now we are working on our Fundraiser Brochure since February is a huge Fundraiser kick off month!

Have you received your new brochures yet? That should take cover your scents with pictures! Let us know if I am missing the idea you are trying to do.

I'm sending my Hostess's thank you notes for hosting parties and including some fresh brochures, aren't they Awesome!, and a few teasers to get them excited but also starting online Events so that I can post information about products, the company and fragrances! I think having a Bingo type game that uses bF scents and people have to guess the name would be fun for live events until Smell-o-vision happens with computers! What are you all having success with on party games?

A lot of the time the ladies I have had at parties enjoy hunting in their purse for certain things. I have some 5 point items like a calculator, battery or a pen that writes red, then I have 3 point items notepad, chap stick, paperclip something along that line, then we have 2 point items lipstick, lip gloss, cell phone, kleenex, wallet, check book. I try to ask for some funny crazy things so everyone is laughing. The last item I ask for is a beFragrant brochure or wishlist if they have one of those they get 10 points. Whoever has the most points wins a prize. I do change the list up because sometimes you have the same people at 2 different parties. Some of the prizes I get at the dollar store and sometimes the prize is a gift certificate for 10% off their order
