Just wanted to know whats the size of the locket. I saw a pic comparing them to coins but cant remember where. Also, are the chains silver plated, sterling or gold? I find myself wanting something simple and this seems perfect...plus the fact that they tell a story can be a conversation starter for me. Thanks.

I only know of OO, but just seeing that there is another jewelry company called South Hill Designs that sells the same thing. So, either company rep can respond. Looking to buy not to sell. Thanks.

Hey Sue, You will LOVE the lockets no matter which company you choose. However, I will warn you... They can be addictive! LOL.

Here is a pic I have used before. I hope it helps. Also, the new mini locket we have is totally adorable!

I tend to say our large lockets are the size of a quarter, the medium the size of a nickel and our minis are about the size of a dime. While a different company, Eileen's given you some great pictures of all but a mini.

Actually, the bottom pic is a mini, just not next to a coin.

Thanks Susan. I actually went to an event yesterday and OO was there. It really helped seeing them. Bought a necklace w/charms...just couldn't resist. Now I keep looking in the catalog for my next charms to purchase :)
