I had a 15 minutes interview on last Tuesday. I had my second interview today which took about 45 minutes. I was told that a Manager will call me on next Monday for another interview that will take about 45 minutes and she is going to ask me similar questions. I'll let you all know what happens next. I'm praying for a job offer.

I'm just updating everyone on my progress with enterprise work at home representative. I had my 3rd interview on Monday. I was told that I will know something in about 7 days. They have to run a background check. I guess if I pass everything I will be offer the position. I'll keep you updated.:)

I applied and ran all the assessments and even did the computer game where you pretend to answer cars and help people out with their questions and concerns.
I never heard from them, so I logged in to check on my update and all it said was that they weren't going any further with my application.
No reason why, I'm pretty sure I did everything right, and answered the questions correctly.
Such a let down, I was so excited about possibly working for them.
Hope you guys have better luck.
I don't know what I did wrong, I wish I knew so I could correct it.

I did speak with one of the Enterprise recruiters for a quick interview on Friday, and she said it will be about 3-5 days for someone to contact me again. Crossing my fingers this works out. If you look on the website, I believe there is a number to contact to ask questions or see if you can reapply.

I applied for one of the jobs in Illinois and got an interview. It was the usual "name a time when" and "tell me how you would handle" type questions. The woman didn't really seem to be listening to my answers and asked me the same question more than once.

I got an email a few days later saying that they'd decided to go with other candidates. I figured I wouldn't get it when I couldn't answer the question about a time that I had to sell something. I'm pretty sure I told them that I didn't have any sales experience in the application. <shrug>

In any case, congrats to those of you who got a position!

Hi guys,

Ok, so I'm not a mom (or even a female!), but this site is pretty comprehensive, and I'm glad to be a part of the community.

I have been offered the Enterprise Rental Reservation Agent Job, and have been curious as to any feedback that anyone here can offer. I currently work for a decent company, and the Enterprise job would be less pay, but I'm excited at the possibility of working from home, and being able to regain some of the hours I lose every day during my commute to my current employer.

I have a difficult time finding any employee feedback on this position, so I'm reaching out to those of you that have worked in this position. What's a typical day like? What do you like, and what don't you like? Is it a high stress job?

Most importantly, I'm concerned about whether or not it's a job that experiences high turnover. I know a lot of call center jobs do, but since this one is a work at home position, I'm curious to know whether or not people stay in the position longer than a regular call center job.

Thanks in advance to everyone that offers any advice!

I actually worked for Enterprise for a little over a year (left a couple of months ago). The training is HARD CORE. You're going to need to learn quick and take lots of notes. One thing they're going to stress on you is time management. You are NOT to be late, like you need to log onto your phone at the minute, on the minute. Yes, they check. Yes, you will be reprimanded if it happens once. Yes, you will be terminated if it happens continually.

They have an excellent benefits package for those who need it. I don't remember the prices because I didn't need the insurance.

The shifts are usually going to be afternoon to night at first, but you can bid on a new schedule after you finish training and once the next schedule bid comes up. The trainers will tell you that you have to wait 6 months, but that's not true because I bid on my first schedule one month out of training and got it. In the beginning, you'll train during regular daylight hours. Be prepared for a shift that can go as late as midnight after training and then God forbid for some people, they got off at 11pm or midnight and their Saturday shift started at 6am or 7am.

You will work weekends. Probably all of them. LOL. You will work holidays. You will be handsomely rewarded for working holidays :) IIRC, holidays are double time.

You will be handling calls from their entire family of companies (Enterprise, National and Alamo). You will be taking A LOT of calls. Think 30 - 50 an hour. Your calls have to be thorough, efficient, you must be nice and you must be FAST. I believe they expect you to get through a call in about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes each call. They use 2 different computer systems. Enterprise will be easiest because it's web based. Look at their website and it almost looks exactly the same.

The National and Alamo system will have you tearing your hair out, both in training and when you're on your own. Be calm, arrange your desk for your notes, use your chat function. It's going to be a life saver. You'll arrange a group chat with your classmates and then eventually your team and your super team. Know your chats are monitored, so no foul language or anything that sounds like I hate this company.

You'll run the gamut of calls. The nice people and the people who will call you everything but a child of God. Your National business customers will be your favorite because if you can remember all the rules, they will be the EASIEST to get through. I could get through their calls in a minute. Literally 1 minute. The higher up the rewards system, the easier they get. I had a man once that called me as his plane was pushing back, he forgot to rent a car and his instructions were just find me anything and email me a confirmation. Thanks, bye. I could hear them going through the in flight instructions. I had someone call and make reservations while he was watching porn. You get them all.

Good luck! It's tough to get through, but they're a good bunch of folks.

Hello everyone!

I recently got an offer for Enterprise. When I spoke to the recruiter she kept pushing the fact that sales were MAJOR. Which makes me a little nervous. I haven't really found much onlin regarding reviews for working for this company. I have a great job right now that is very relaxing. I work in email support (which I loved). I wanted to take this Enterprise job since the pay is great!

Let me know guys your experience. Anything will help! :)
