ok day one at the gym. I did 15 min in treadmill and 10 min on bike and 2 min on elipticl.(Not sure on the spelling). and my legs are aching. but willing to go this for a month and see how it goes..

2 mile walk/jog outdoors

30 minutes treadmill doing HIIT (3 minutes at 2.5 and 3 minutes doing 4.0) on a 2% incline.
10 minutes on bike doign random inclines

2 hrs on riding lawn mower....yes, that is a work out! I ride a small 8 hp 30" cut Murray....it's an upper body workout just to stay on the darn thing...not to mention the rough ride, the jiggling, the dodging tree branches, the slapping of mesquitos, etc.

30 minutes cleaning and sweeping pool--upper body...arms.

We were at a hotel on our way out of town, but I still worked out in the workout room.
