58 min. of first P90X - Chest and Back. Man, I feel like I was in a fight! But it's a goooood feeling! Also, I sucked at some of this DVD - so far from perfect, haha!!! But I was told to do my best, forget the rest. I was like, "OK!"

1 mile walk outside with hubby and doggie...our doggie is a 2 year old pit - she's white with black spots on top of her back.....And, she LOVES to go walking!!!
