Here's the site: www.fityummymummy.com (http://www.fityummymummy.com). I get Craig Ballentine's newsletter (the Turbulence Training guy) and he's been recommending this program for mommies lately. I subscribed to her newsletter and have been reading her blog and it seems to be working for a lot of people. It basically looks like a lot of HIIT but I'm not sure. I plan to get the deluxe package (with the workout DVD's and such) after I have the baby, but was wondering if anyone here had tried the program? It looks well balanced and a lot of women and losing their pooch/c-section roll. As a Busy Mom, I know first hand how difficult it can be to
regain that pre-baby flat stomach.

No matter how much you want to believe it, doing hundreds of
crunches is not going to make the stubborn belly fat disappear.

Including "Abs" as part of your routine is beneficial for strength
purposes, but keep in mind - no amount of "ab exercises" will

a day will do nothing to help flatten your tummy.

Kass... I have this program& it's very similar to TT but aimed for mommies, mommies to be & future mommies (like me) that want to be fit before TTC.

I recommend it!

Thanks Vilma, I went ahead and bought it this evening! I'm really loving the community too! So many moms with the same issues I have doing the program as well. Kinda like this forum but more focused on this particular eating and exercise plan.

Well I "officially" start Monday, but decided to jump right in with the workouts this week....why not!? Well wow is all I have to say! I did the body weight circuit yesterday and the intervals today; I created my own - my active rest is dancing lol, and my intervals are basketball/football drills since I can't even begin to do a burpee right now...I'd fall right on my stomach and bounce back up!smileys/smiley36.gif All I can say is wow! I'm a "cardio queen" as she calls it so I never thought it would be possible to get a REAL workout in 15 minutes. Well I'm sore today from yesterday! I love it! I'm drippiing buckets of sweat today wow! I am confident this program will get me back into shape after I have the baby in no time and will help me drop a couple pounds before my due date as well.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I read about this progam, but I am LOVING it. The community is super supportive!
