Lisa, I got on the elliptical machine today! But honestly, it is SO hard on my knees, I can't do it. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif

So I did weights (increasing sets and weight on the leg presses) to 175 pounds. Plus I did 82 min. (4+ miles) on the treadmill uphill and now I am falling asleep at the computer, as I type. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

That's funny because I do the elliptical since the treadmill is hard on MY knees :-) But I run on the treadmill and my right knee has been a little weird lately.

I guess we're all different, but good for you for trying :-)
