50 minute Spinning class

I felt like I got the week off to a good start. Good thing, considering I've gained a couple of pounds when I should be losing!

Aw, Angie, I'm sorry...but I hope you're doing better now.

Tonight I did 62 min. treadmill - ugh! Was so hard tonight. Anyway, it worked out to like 3.1 miles, uphill the whole time. Plus 15 min. weights.
