I remember that coming out years ago, but I never did read it. Sex is definitely a GREAT way to burn mega calories! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I saw it on Oprah a while back. One woman said she lost 20lbs from having sex every day ... or something like that. I don't remember all the details. Sounds fun, with the right person! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif

Okay, but really - how many times a day and how LONG would you have to do it. I am all for it and my BF would be too...but I just don't see how one would actually lose weight.

Trying to keep my response "G" rated...http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I think the calorie burn would depend on how "active" one is during and the duration of the act. Think about the benefit of a calorie burning exercise that you can do late at night because it also induces sleep! I wouldn't use it as a sole exercise method. But if you want to burn a couple hundred calories at the end of the day...

I'd say that for SOME people *ahem* (looking at Kass) this particular exercise regimen can make one's belly expand instead of flatten! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif

j/k, but hey, it's always easier to lose RIGHT after pregnancy right? I definately won't put it off like last time, ugh!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif

Oh, I might be able to convince my doc to give me a little "mini tuck" this time around!"http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifMy first doc was a female and my tummy was fine after C-section, second time was a guy and it had this wierd kangaroo hanging thing going on (still doeshttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley18.gifand we know men care absolutely nothing about the way you look after having the baby!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif) this time I have a female doc and she may be able to correct it for me! Flat tummy woohoo!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

Now of course with this diet I'll probably be right back in this position a year from now but oh well!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifPregnancy and breastfeeding reduce your risk for cervical and breast cancers so there! There's one healthy side effect....never mind I'll never be able to wear a bikini in public with this reaction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvAES6Y9Kfw&feature=related
