Angie, that was an AWESOME day at the gym!!!!!

It's Sunday and another great day at the gym.

16 min. Recumbent bike
35 min. Treadmill
20 min. Stair Master
3 sets of 15: Hip Adductor
3 sets of 12: Hip Abductor

At home: 25 squats w/medicine ball

Sunday: actually took a day off....my sister is really sick so I needed to stay around the house after running errands all day. So I guess I walked all over town and then did a bunch of housework - sort of an exercise on its own, haha!
