And there's many more, but it would probably make your computer crash if I posted them all.smileys/smiley36.gifThese ladies reached this point, not buy a quick fix, but consistant daily action and wise food choices and a balance diet! It's worth it ladies. All these ladies plataeued, had set backs, etc. but now they have the bodies they've always dreamed of and have metabolisms that are so flaming hot that thhey can eat over 2,000 and stay looking great!

I weigh 4lbs more than I did last summer, yet all my clothes from last summer are too big. I'm a whole size SMALLER even though I weigh more!

So yeah. ITA!Edited by: chrlstoncharmed

Do you have to go to a gym to get those kind of results, or can I do that at home with some hand weights and a dvd?

All these ladies used workout DVD's at home to achieve these results. All you need is a mat, a twol, water, and some resistance bands or dumbells and you're good to go! No gym membership required!

http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley31.gifI love you FV Mom!!! When I'm down and thinking of doing a fad diet, there you go posting something like this. I'm actually trying to lose weight so that I can join the air force, so the actual # on the scales needs to go down (waaaaaaaay down) for me, and I was getting really discouraged. BUT, I found out today, that the weight/height guidelines are just a general approximation. If you're over the weight, they do a body fat test and as long as you're okay on that end (not sure of the percentage they require) you're good to go. I'm gonna need some muscles to survive basic anyway. I gotta get my tush in gear. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
