Ok, so my days look pretty pathetic so far but Sat. & Sun. was part of last week for me so I did exercise at least 5 days but did nothing on Sat, Sun, or today. Had to rest my knees but I didn't eat well either. Back on track tomorrow!

WOWY ladies, I'm usually in therearound 10:45 am Central M-F.

Lost 14 lbs on the cleanse. So far, I've been off the cleanse for almost a week and gained about 3 lbs. We're in the process of moving! :( I hate moving! So, sorry so late on the check in! But once we get settled in, my fiance and I will be joining a gym together. FUN! Also, we watched Fast Food Nation last night and swore off Fast Food for 6 months!!! What a great movie!

I slacked off at the end of week 4 and this week is turning out the same. UGH. So, I am not doing a daily check in this week. I can say that this past weekend was so hard wih Lexi's party & Memorial Day parties...excuses! Anyway, back on track. I am switching to Core on WW on Saturday so I think that will definitely help me shed the few pounds I put back on.

Girl me too!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifI've never been a scheduler. I was doing the early morning workouts but my workouts were severely suffering. So now I workout anywhere from mid morning to noon. It works well for me because I have plenty of energy and can give it my max. So whileI do lose out on some of fat burning befits of working out first thing on an empty stomach, I've more than made up for it with the increased calories I burn by being able to give a workout my full intensity and not just barely do it, and also the muscle gains I will see on top of that.
