I've been running 3 miles the last few weeks. Mentally I couldn't get myself to go farther. Well I finally got the guts up to do it. I ran 4.5 miles tonight. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif

I'm also run outside. I run on a trail that measures in .75 miles. In the past I've take my car and measured out the distance of a running course.

Way to go, Jayhttp://forum.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif Glad to hear you pushed a little harder and accomplished the 4.5 mile.

Congrats girl.. That's awesome that you pushed yourself to go farther. Hey, I don't know if you have ever heard of this website but Mapmyrun.com is great. You can plot out everywhere you go. They have a map or hybrid map where you can see trails and houses and everything. You should check it out. We go on paseos around our house all the time and love to map out our runs or walks afterward. You don't have to sign up for it if you don't want either.. it's free though if you do sign up. You can just plot it out. Once again.. congrats

That is so awesome. I need to play some jedi mind tricks on myself so I can get up to that distance. I honestly don't know how far I can push myself because I set out to do a mile and that's all I do. I've never tried to go longer. hmmm .... now you've got me motivated. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
