I hate cross trainers. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley11.gifWhat is Jazzercise? Is it high impact?

Yes, it is high and low impact, depending on what level and how healthy your joints arehttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

I have a pair of cross trainers, but my foot can not move very well in it. We do alot of dance moves and the shoes are killing my ankle.

Do you literally mean you can't move your foot inside the shoe? Because Blochs are meant to fit very snug. I've used them in dance class (not the tennies, though).

I need a snug fit or I feel sloppy. I use running shoes for my workouts (not sprinters). I know Chalene recommends Nike Shox for high/lo impact but I can't find any local, so I haven't had the chance to try any on.

I use Nike Shox and I http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley27.gifthem! There are different kinds, though, from what I was told at the shoe store. There is a Shox for running and there is a Shox for aerobics.

Good luck!
