30 min treadmill EARLY this morning. Tonight I will be sweeping and cleaning on the pool again - this will be a week long task, but good for the upper body!

Woo Hoo! I have had a two-week break from weight training and just did cardio over the last two weeks. I went back to weight training today (45 minutes) and have decided to circuit train and I am psyched! All I can say is "Man, did that feel GREAT!" http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif I will probably be sore as all get out tomorrow, but I am on cloud 9 today!!!

Worked out 90 minutes. 30 minutes if cardio weight loss training on the cross trainer. 30 minutes on treadmill, then sculpting work on waist hips thigh and da butt. Tomorrow is upper body day!
