I was researching this company for my upline and decided to join. Mainly because you can do your own surveys with unlimited number of questions.

I'm in the process of writing up my 2 questionaires, one for members and one for IBOs.

Of course for the members, I guess I'll ask stuff like do you have traditional insurance? Does it include a dental plan? Does it include a Vision plan? Do you need dental care in the next 3 months?
Would you be interested in LASIK?

IBO's, I guess I'll just ask if they want to work from home, how many hours would they be willing to work their own business and how much they would be willing to spend to start their own business. In your survey form, you can have bullets for them to check or a drop down list.

I don't want to make the survey too long so people will be more apt to take it. But do you have any suggestions on what I should ask? Any ideas on how to make the survey short and to the point?

I would ask why they want to start a home business, then you could put for the choices, more time with family, be own boss, tax savings, more money, etc. This way when you call to talk with them you already know their "WHY". Even better would be if you could leave it as an open ended question so they could be more specific.

For the members I would ask if they have an immediate need, or they are concerned about future expenses. Also I don't know if you can but i would aks if they currently have medical or if they would be interested in learning about our medical program. Maybe you can list each of the available plans with a check box next to them so they can select all serices they would be interested in.

Thanks for the input Verlegen...those are some great ideas. I'd like to be able to ask some questions concerning the PAP program, asking if they or do they know anyone who might qualify. But then again, I don't want the survey to be too long.
Anyway, thanks for the ideas!
