The girl I was signing up hasnt signed up just yet and wanted to know if she gets her wisdom teeth out if she can use her card for it?

I believe that would be considered an extraction under oral surgery. You can check the fees in your own providor booklet if you are in the same fee schedule. I think at minimum she would get 25% off, but maybe you can call member services just to be sure.
