Default Praise Dancing Technique

I like dancing so I put together a playlist of Christian dance tunes and I spend 30 minutes twice a day doing dance steps (random ones and some I make up) which include push ups on an incline, dips, and squats. I call it praise dancing. It really is the only way for me to consistently get the necessary workout I need. And I get to praise the Lord at the same time.
