Since August 16 I have lost 23lbs. I am 5lbs shy of my goal weight. I cut out junk food chocolate was my weakness, and have pretty much cut out soda too. Changed my eating habits and started exercising too. Every once and awhile I splurge but the urge is no longer there for me to eat the junk I used to which is nice. I can now buy cute clothes and not worry if I look to fat. I never dreamed I would be in size small clothes when before I was having to buy larges. I'm at a weight in which the last time I saw this weight was probably in junior high so I'm very happy. I just now need some tonigh around my stomach area as that's my major problem area.
