Ingredients
1 pound beef top round steak, abt 1" thick (or boneless top sirloin steak)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1- Preheat the broiler. Place the steak on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Step 2- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.
Step 3- Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.
