Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

This pumpkin pie milkshake recipe is quick, delicious, and will definitely leave you wishing pumpkin season was all year round.

1 cup non-fat milk (or almond milk, non-gmo soy milk, rice milk, etc)

1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt

½ cup ice

2 Tbsp. 100% pumpkin puree (can)

½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Real whipped topping

Cinnamon, powdered


  • Blend the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  • Top with real whipped topping and a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon.
