Homemade Butter

Making butter is much easier than you thought--no churn required! Just grab an energetic child and have him/her shake their way to fresh homemade butter.

2 tablespoons Whipping cream
A cracker
Pinch of salt

Step 1-Pour the 2 tablespoons of whipping cream into a small, clear-glass jar, with a tight-fitting lid. Add a pinch of salt. Toss a clean marble in, then screw the lid on very tight.

Step 2-Shake the jar until your arm is tired. Let your friend shake the jar. When your friend is tired, shake the jar again.

Step 3-Keep checking the jar. After a lot of shaking, you'll see the butter forming inside.

Step 4-Open the jar and take out the butter with a spoon. Spread it on a cracker and enjoy!
