Herbed Steak

Herbed Steak adds a great flavor to the grilled meat. Just add rice, potatoes, vegetables, or a salad for a complete meal!

1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless sirloin steak


Step 1- Heat barbecue grill. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Rub both sides of steak with herb mixture.

Step 2- When ready to grill, place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
Yield: 4 servings
