Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Meatloaf may not be the healthiest quick and easy dinner out there, but substitute the beef for Ground Turkey and you may just have a delicious meal! For something extra, add some chopped bell pepper or onions to the loaf.


1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 can Campbell's Italian tomato soup


Step 1- Mix ground turkey, egg and bread crumbs together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Add 1/2 can soup to the top of meat loaf. Spread on. Finish baking (about 15 additional minutes).
Yield: 4-6 servings
