Easy Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

 
Does you or your kid have a wheat allergy?  These wheat-free peanut butter cookies have just four ingredients and are a snap to make. 
Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Step 1 - Combine peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Stir in egg and vanilla.

Step 2 - Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 3 - Flatten cookies with a floured fork.

Step 4 - Bake cookies at 350 for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheets.
