1 pack frozen Flying Fish (usually contains 5)
1 tablespoon Salt
5 tablespoons Fresh Herb Seasoning
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Canola Oil for shallow frying
Step 1 - Remove Flying Fish from the package and allow to thaw.
Step 2 - Place Fish in a bowl. Add salt and juice from the lime.
Step 3 - Allow to sit for 5 minutes then rinse with water.
Step 4 - Next it's time to add seasoning to the fish.
Step 5 - Place 1 tbs of Fresh Herb Seasoning into the slits of each fish.
Step 6 - Mix flour and baking powder.
Step 7 - Coat fish with flour mixture.
Step 8 - Fry Fish on medium heat until golden brown.
