
Great as a dessert or snack for those who don't want something too sweet.
Ingredients:
1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter-melted
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Procedure:
Step 1 - Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Step 2 - Melt the butter , add cocoa and stir to a smooth paste.
Step 3 - Add vanilla and pour into flour , add eggs and milk to combine into a thick creamy batter.
Step 4 - Add chocolate chips.
Step 5 - Spoon into paper cups 3/4 full and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30 mins or till done. serve warm.
