Cranberry Turkey Cutlets With Fresh Chavrie

Turkey topped with creamy fresh goat cheese and tangy, sweet cranberries. Just perfect for Thanksgiving dinner!

1 package (17.6 oz) turkey cutlets
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 package 5.3 oz. Chavrie® Pyramid
┬╝ cup finely chopped pecans
5 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce


Step 1
Heat broiler. Brush one side of cutlets with olive oil; place oiled side down on broiler pan. Brush tops with remaining olive oil.

Step 2 Broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Step 3
Meanwhile, mix Chavrie® and pecans in small bowl. Spoon mixture over top of broiled cutlets and broil and additional minute or until cheese is warm.

Step 4 Top with cranberry sauce.
