BLT Lettuce Wraps

The classic BLT, without the bread! A healthier alternative for those with carb restrictions.


  • 3 large Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. GMO-Free or avocado (Paleo) real mayonnaise
  • 3 strips bacon, cooked – all-natural, preservative free
  • 1/2 ripe tomato, sliced into strips
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper


  1. Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. Spread a layer of mayo, bacon, and sliced tomatoes over lettuce in that order.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll and eat.
