3 pounds hamburger
2 eggs
¼ cup water
½ loaf bread, broken into pieces
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato juice
2 cans tomato soup
1 cup vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Procedure
Step 1-Spray a roasting pan with Pam. Mix hamburger, bread, onions, green pepper, water, eggs, salt and pepper. Form into hamburger patties, broil, fry or microwave until done.
Step 2-Mix the soup, juice, vinegar and brown sugar in the roaster. Place cooked hamburgers in the sauce, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
