Baked Chicken

A healthy and kid friendly alternative to fried chicken! Still just as delicious!

1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons salad oil
3 pounds chicken, cut into pieces


Step 1- Mix all ingredients (except chicken pieces) together well.

Step 2- Dip chicken pieces in milk, then roll in crumb mixture.

Step 3- Place pieces in large roasting pan and bake at 375 degrees until done, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Yield: 8 Servings
