Bacon Spinach Tomato Wraps

The BLT has been an essential recipe in the American kitchen. That's why it's best not to mess with it too much!


  • 1 Package of All Natural Uncured Bacon
  • ½ Package of Frozen Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 3 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 bag of Spinach Leaves
  • All Natural Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Mayo - GMO/Preservative Free


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Lay bacon out on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 10-12 minutes
  3. While bacon is cooking, heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
  4. Sauté onions until they begin to turn light brown
  5. Warm tortillas according to package
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayo on tortilla
  7. Cover with spinach leaves, shredded cheese, onion, and tomato
  8. Dab bacon with a paper towel to remove any excess grease
  9. Put 2 pieces of bacon on each tortilla and wrap up
