MAKE GREAT MONEY!! As an Independent Contractor functioning in a Regional Manager capacity, you will receive 1% of all sales produced by your group. Typically, Regional Managers are responsible for 8-9 reporting district managers. Each district manager is responsible for 10+ sales people. Average earnings for a Regional Manager exceed $200K.

WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! Although this is an outside sales position, you can work from home when you are not with customers. Pram Promotions/Black Vault utilizes a virtual workspace nearly everything can be done remotely.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! We are currently hiring regional managers for the Southeast and North Central districts. There is no preferred location for the Regional Manager. However, you may need to travel to the states in your region on occasion. (Example: Southeast Region includes MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, and FL you may be located anywhere within these states or outside these states but willing to travel to them a few times a year.)

Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring district managers, hiring sales people in districts as needed, and daily management of the district management team. Your team will consist of approximately 9 district sales managers, each reporting to you daily. You will ensure that sales teams are staffed, sales goals are met, and clients are satisfied.
