Default Have You Tried This One?

Hi Everyone,
I do not know if any of you are familiar with Boostctr.com. I checked them out about a week ago and they are fun. It is a writing site that only deals with ads, like the ones you see on the right side when you do a Google search. Their procedure works like a contest. The ads are short not more than 35 words. You write the ad and your ad is pit against another one. If your ad wins after a certain amount of time you get paid.

There are contest ads and instant pay ads. The contest ads pay much more maybe from $20-$45. The instant pay ads are around $4. I already got paid from them and I only started a week and a half ago. I think the work is fun for when you have no writing assignments and looking for a bit of novelty. They have tons of work too. You can easily write a lot of them within a short span of time. I wanted to try it out for myself before posting about the site here, so they are legit. Might be a bit of extra income for some of you guys.
Ciao...

Thanks! I just applied. Hopefully they accept me. Do you remember how long it was before you heard back from them?

I applied and was accepted about a week later. The email they sent me states that they don't have enough work at this time, but they will send me the sign on links when they do.

Hopefully I will hear from them again soon!

I received the same email about being accepted but them having to wait to take me on until the workload improves. I just got another email about officially being hired on today. I have not had time to log on yet, as I am busy working on another project right now. Maybe you can expect the same email soon.

Wink

Well at least they realize they don't have a lot of work and they don't bring on as many writers as they can just to get the articles completed... like some other sites! Sounds COOL!

I finally logged in with them and posted a couple of ads for contests. It is quick and easy, but it seems like it would take a very looooooooong time to get paid for your ad if it does win. Each new ad that is entered for a contest starts the contest over again, which lasts for 14 days I think. So, it sounds like it could be literally months before you ever see any money, even for a winning ad. I could be off on this all, since I just read all of the info on the site, but this is what I have taken from what I have read. I will consider this site a hobby that could lead to a few dollars, but anyone who needs cash fast should not rely on this site for that. HTH
