Thanks so much for all of the tips!!! I have one blog on Blogitive..and two more which are on blogger that I am working on...they have all been indexed in the search engines, but I would love more promotion.

A blog is a "Web Log" AKA an online diary that can be used for personal, business, entertainment...whatever you desire to write about.

I've put my blogs on every directory you guys listed. Do you think it'll really help? I've submitted my blogs to Yahoo and Google and Technorati and anything I could find, but my site traffic is still pretty non-existent. I also have Google Adsense on there.
