Wish I had seen these before I applied for them, and wasted so much time.
My pre-interview Questions and Answers I sent were honest and were very clear that I wouldn't break any laws, and it seems because of that somehow my passing with flying colors for their test turned into, failing. Review of someone who worked for them Another review of and ex-employee: "Oh my goodness. As an ex-employee (and yes I used the word employee!), I was surprised to see so many names that I know on these rebuttals. Would you believe me if I told you that almost all of those that were "happy" with Team Double Click on these rebuttals are no longer with Team Double Click? Most of them were released by Team Double Click! Not all of them, but most of them. I wonder if they went back and reread their words what they would have to say today about this company. Probably not the glowing reports that they gave on this report forum! In fact I know some of them personally, and I know exactly what they would say today! I can speak from experience. I was released from this company after a year and a half of service. I too was featured in their exceptional VA column and I was a great VA. The clients that I worked with can vouch for that if I were allowed to contact them! I encountered numerous problems with this company, from them holding my pay for weeks at a time to them telling me exactly what I had to do (even though I was told I was an Independent Contractor) and when I had to do it and how they wanted it done! They were a good company when I started with them, but as with what moves most people - greed took over. From what I have been told by those who are still there and from those who have left recently and reading the various current postings in other various forums, this company won't be lasting too much into 2009 - from IRS investigations to different state unemployment claims to other ex-employees various lawsuits - Gayle and Jim should soon be reaping everything that is deserved for a company that treats their people poorly and gets too greedy. " If you are looking for a job beware of Team Double click they make you do a long drawn out test, I am a computer tech and passed the multiple section test with supposedly flying colors, and I have lots of experience as a VA and Customer Care Coordinator. They then give you over 30+ more questions with the subject "Team Double-Click(R) Interview process" The questions are supposedly to prepare you and them for the interview.

When you send in those questions they don't respond at all. If you email to check up and make sure they got the questions, they respond with "You did not meet our minimum requirements. Unfortunately this means that you will not be able to move forward in the application process."

If you ask for more information so that you can correct your resume, or learn the appropriate skills for another employer, they say, "...our system. It occasionally misses a failing test score..."

I am kinda glad I found this out before they occasionally missed a zero on my paycheck. Supposedly they set the standard for Virtual Assistant companies, I wonder what this means about other companies? Last edited by D4RK_4NG3L; 09-08-2010 at 12:24 PM.
