31 recommends spot-cleaning first which is understandable. If that doesnt work then most things are machine washable - BUT with the thermal totes - the best way to clean these in in the dishwasher! Top rack - upside down - without dirty dishes of course! I turn off the heat-dry and just let them air-dry. I've washed two or three as well as have told customers about this and they come out great everytime!

Cindy

Thanks so much for your quick response. At my launch party one of the girls bought a fabric lunch bag and she did ask how to wash to my manager and told her she could put on cold in the wash. Well of course the girl got the bag dirty at work and washed and it shrunk. I feel really bad, I am going to tell my manager but I dont know if she will do anything for her. I did look in the catalog and saw spot wash only. At least I know this info for my first party tonight. Thanks again.

It seems odd that if she washed it in cold water on gentle cycle and let it air dry, that it would shrink.

That's what I said, but she said she didn't put it in the dryer. She also said the inside torn. I was thinking maybe I should buy her another one, I don't know keep the customer happy. What do you guys think?
