Direct deposit always takes a few rounds. The first one is usually just a test to make sure they have the right bank info and that everything will work out. Anyway, I also remember them saying that it might take awhile.
Oakling, if you signed the non-disclosure agreement, you should be careful about what you post on here. It could be construed as a breach of agreement. =}, Christy

Does anyone who got paper checks knowon what dayyou got them??? I'm counting on this money for the rest of my rent next month and they say we get paid on Thursday but I assumed that was when it was direct deposited. Now everyone's saying that won't work for another month or so.
I'm going to be upset if they don't even send out the checks on Thursday and so I don't get it until next week! My past three jobs were direct deposit and I never had to wait - you signed up and it was immediate so I don't know it would take them so long. My timesheets were approved today so I'm hoping that means they send the checks out tomorrow. I've been waiting three weeks now to get paid for this job and am running out of patience. I'm not normally a complainer but according tomy state's law they're already late.

I get my paper checks on Thursday, and now that I have direct deposit (as of last week, woo!) I get a fake check on Thursday and the money is already in my account that day. I live in California so the checks might take another day to get farther away, I don't know, but I do know they send them out before Thursday.

I always received my checks on Saturday (KY) and it took them 3 weeks to set up the direct deposit.

Hi all!
I was just notified that I passed my tests, and can begin as a Quality Rater ASAP. This thread has been a tremendous help to me, so I would like to assist and provide what (little) information I have to possibly help others: Here's my timeline: 1) Friday, June 22nd- Sent in an email with resume concerning my interest in the Quality Rater position (Received confirmation from google that they received my email and resume- this was pretty soon after I sent out the initial email- maybe 1 hour later) 2)Thursday, July 5th- received email telling me to attend web conference (on the following Tuesday or Thursday) as well as fill out attached forms- forms included nondisclosure, W2, I9's, etc. 3) Thursday, July 5th- received email to set up google account for email and rating purposes 4)Monday, July 9th- Faxed and send over all my paperwork 5) Tuesday, July 10th- Attended web conference 6) Monday, July 16th- received email in my new google email account telling me that I was scheduled for the Test beginning on Monday, July 23rd- to be completed by 9am PST Tuesday, July 31 7) Tuesday, July 24th- finished first part of the tests (tests contain 2 parts) 8) Tuesday, July 24th- received automatic email telling me that I had passed the first part and could continue to past two (this email was received a few minutes after I finished the first test). 9) Sunday, July 29th- Finished part 2 of the exam 10) Tuesday, July 31- 2:36pm EST- Received email that I had passed 11) Tuesday, July 21- After receiving this email I was able to access and acquire tasks to rate immediately. This email isnt to brag or anything. God knows that I feel extremely fortunate to have found this website, apply, and actually pass the tests...I did not think it was very easy. I just wanted to write out my timeline, as I was extremely curious about this entire procedure and the timing of everything when I was going through it. Leading up to the acceptance email, I was going through this thread on a daily basis, trying to answer questions I had, and trying to boost my confidence, as I really wasnt sure if I had passed the test. If anybody has any questions, I'll be happy to answer what I can (and give back to this wonderful board and thread)...just be aware that we have all signed nondisclosure forms, so someresponsescannot be too detailed... Thanks again! Edited by: kying418 |

Here's a question for existing raters- what are the official start date of the week?
Is it every Sunday to Sat? And, on what day do you normally receive a direct deposit for your previous 2 weeks of work? |
|
|||
|
Monday is the start date, so you get paid for whatever you do from the beginning of Monday to the end of the following Sunday. My direct deposit for each 1 week of work shows up by Thursday; I haven't looked any earlier so I don't know if it shows up at midnight or sometime Wednesday night or what exactly.

I checked on additional hours, and unfortunately, Ads quality raters can't work more than 30 hours per week.
It must just be for Quality Raters that you can work 40. ![]() Strange, since we do very similar projects. Edited by: lovethiscandle

I think when I applied, the max for QR was 20 hours. Now, I dont really know if the max is 20 or 40...I havent received any followup information concerning this. I'm going to just try and crank out 40 hours (if work is available)before this Sunday's time deadline and see what they say when I submit my time. |
