I have seen posts on this company and have also been a vistim of them. Do not work for this company. It is a scam as far as I can tell and there are other WAHM's that can attest to that also. Any company that requires you to pay a "registration fee" to work for them is not legitimate. I would advise you to move on.

Accu Tran Transcription is a scam?? I read a bunch of posts on here about the company and didn't see anyone say it was a scam. They emailed the test and I haven't taken it yet but they did NOT ask for a registration fee. Are you sure we are taking about the same company??

I got a test to this week and havent done it yet. THey did not ask for a registration fee. THe registration fee that I should have paid today is for clerical staffing. NOT going to do it. besides it is too late for that one. But accutran has not asked me for a fee either.

Accutran is NOT NOT NOT a scam! I have worked with them for about a year now!!! They are legit! they do NOT require a fee at all. The work is very difficult, you have to be able to do conference calls at 4 minute incriments and it gets fast paced when it's peak!

I could be thinking of a company with a similar name but I thought I saw a post on this within the previous couple of days but now can't find the link. I apologize if I am wrong, I would still be leary, you should never have to pay someone for a job. Kind of defeats the purpose.

There are two different companies from what I can tell. One is a transcriptionist thingy and there is another that is something else.

Accutran Global (in Vancouver) does not require a registration fee. They offer positions in transcription, document assembly, and audio recording.

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and I really appreciate all of the useful resources provided here! I e-mailed my resume to AccuTran and they got back to me within 2 days. They sent me the testing information and I just sent it back, I hope it turns out well! I just wanted to add that I didn't have to pay any kind of fee, either.
