Default New here - Anyone here work at home for U-haul?

I am going to a 2nd interview for a Remote E-Sales & Reservations agent tomorrow. Does anyone here do this job? What do you think of it? Do you like it? Is this a decent company to work for? Is it worth it? The starting pay is lower than I was hoping for, but is better than nothing. Just looking for some feedback.

Thanks!
Kiran

I work for Uhaul but not in this position. I'm in customer service department. Been there 2 1/2 years this month. I handle the complaints mostly with Uhaul so I have a different perspective. The sales position seems like it would be a nice position to me, because you help the customer schedule the reservation and take their information. Hopefully others who work it will respond to your questions. Uhaul is a good company to work for. Just so you know, they take out your taxes and you are an employee with them. HTH

Good luck caligal. Uhaul would be a great company to work at home for. And getting hired as an employee is a big plus.

I do not work for the E-Sales and Reservation department but I can say U-Haul is a great company to work for. For me, I have great coaches and there is constant support. Being an employee is an added bonus. I think I would like the E-Sales position because that department is open 24/7. Don't worry about the low starting pay, there do offer raises.
