I have a consultant who just went from T to A1 this month. She just called me and stated that all of her consultants are gone. I thought you only lost your consultants if you went all the way out of the company (I've never been T so I have no idea) My director is not answering and I want to call my consultant back tonight. If anyone is awake who knows the answer to this question please let me know.

TIA
Carman

IfI remember correctly she needed to re-activate the following month after being A3, she waited too long and therefore lost her team. Her team now belongs to your director. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but this is how I remember it.

wow, i did not know that. i'm shocked and disappointed. This consultant is my cousin and i know that she would have placed an order much earlier had she been aware. I've been in the company for almost 5 yrs and i did no know this. My director and i are very close. I hope their is something that she can do to change this. If not I am certain that my cousin will terminate her agreement. And I won't try to stop her. That really sucks.

Anyone taking notes?? Your success always and only depends on continuous ordering of product.

Whether or not you ever sell it is totally irrelevant to your success -- as long as you keep ordering, you are a MK success; at least in everyone else's pink eyes.

Yep -after I3 statusyou lose your team (when you got to T). That happened to me a few months ago -but to be HONEST -I didn't care either (I'm cutting back big time on my business). AND yes I knew I would lose them at that status also.

side note -find it interesting you have been in MK for 5 yearsand didn't know that could happen. When I joined, I was told that like my 1st month.

wanted to add -

When you hit A3 -if you don't order, your next month you got toI status -at that point you stop getting commission from your team.
Then its I1, I2, then I3 status -I3 you lose your team.
Then you got to to T status.

My last order was May 2007. I hit I3 status in October, November 1st -I lost my team.

Does that make sense??

Mary

I3 - Third month of inactive status. Fifth non-ordering month.

T1 - First month of termination

Thanks for the info. I've always understood the progression of the different status levels. I knew if you were inactive you did not receive commission, but as far as losing consultants (even after 5 yrs) I never knew that.

Well my director is fixing it so I guess it doesn't matter in this case. But it is definately something I will make my team aware of in the future.

Thanks for all the info.

So pink13crystals I guess it is completely unreasonable for the Co. to expect that a Consultant could SELL
$400 retail every 3 months ($133 retail a month) or every 5 months ($80
retail a month) in order to maintain A1 up to I2 status, thus
keeping her team? Those scoundrels! Don't they know how hard it is to
sell $80-$133 a month? Oh the horrors that we endure as consultants

pink13crystals , Thanks for my morning chuckle
In your efforts to always portray Mary Kay in a bad light, you probably
don't even realize how unintentionally hilarious you are!
