Cool Newbie here!

Hello, everyone!

I am mom to a wonderful 3 year old little girl who is my world. I currently work a full time job while my daughter attends a private Christian preschool. I am dying to quit and be a stay at home mommy. However, we cannot afford for me to do that with just my husband's salary.

I currently have a real estate license but have had ZERO luck in finding leads due to no family/friend leads. We feel we are doing this all along. Advertising is not working and any clients I do get are the clients no one else wants. They want a mansion on a poor man's salary.

I love all things crafty, especially girly things. I would love to be able to do something along those lines for income.

I live in Jackson, TN.

Hello and welcome to wahm! Sorry to hear your real estate business isn't panning out right now, it's a hard time in some areas for sure! Best advice I can give you clients is treat them LIKE they are making money because even if they aren't right now, giving them the best customer service will turn into long term business down the road, one day they might be making big money and can afford that dream house, and hopefully they will use you to buy it and refer others to you as well Everyone starts somewhere!

I am a crafty girl too and am your neighbor down south in North Alabama lol. Can you make something and sell on the side and maybe grow into a full time business down the road?
