i have a site (2 Sites) waiting to be downloaded. i do not have a clue on how to proceed. i paid for these in jan and they are just sitting there. what is the average cost to build a site similar to the following: www.dentalplans.com (http://www.dentalplans.com), although i would like to change that picture to something else.I've paid for the domain name and hosting for a yr on this site but have been unable to download anything, tried and failed...www.discountdentalandmore.com the other site i have is http://dentalplansplus.biz that is just sitting out there also. IS THERE anyone out there that can tell me how to get these up and running with the same features that the www.dentalplans.com (http://www.dentalplans.com) has
