Hi,
I am looking for suggestions from anyone out therewho does web or graphic design, well anyone who may have any good ideas as well.
OK here is the situation. My Pastor is having a meeting with a bunch of Pastors next week and he invited me to come and tell them about myweb design, graphic design and multimedia design business.
I get to speak for 5-10 minutes and then answer questions for another 5-10 minutes and I am passing out a packet to each one of the Pastors in the meeting.
What should I say? I know I'll talk about my business and services, but I thought about doing a brief powerpoint presentation or a DVD Slideshow to give them a visual to go along with what is being said. Powerpoint and DVD Slideshows Design are both two services that I offer so I thought it would be a good way to show them a sample as well.
In the packet, I thought about, putting a basic listing of services and prices. A flyer with my summer specials, a brochure or booklet with a brief description of the business and services.
I am also thinking of implementing a referral program just in case they may not tbe interested in my services , but know someone who is. I will then give them a referral comission of like $10, $25, $50 or $100 depending on the $ amount of services that the person who they refers purchases. So I thought about putting that information in there as well.
Of course I will also include my business card. I thought about incuding a DVD or Interactive CD Rom, but I really don't have time to create that with the little time I have left. I still work a full time job in addition to my business. Hoping that by the end of the year I will be working for myself full time.
What do you think I should include in this packet?
I am hoping this will go well, it could lead to A LOT of business!!!!
