Do you want to

<LI>Provide business opportunity info</LI>
<LI>Have a form that can be filled out to request more info</LI>
<LI>Have an automatic response email sent to the requestor with additional info (possibly follow up emails as well)</LI>
<LI>Have the form contents emailed to you or someone else</LI>[/list]
It sounds like you need a page design, custom form, possibly autoresponder integration and hosting services. Is that right?
