Hello Moms -

I am a mortgage consultant out of Atlanta, Georgia (fancytitle for loan officer) I am looking for someone to create a website for me. I have been looking around and have gtten quotes of prices from $2500 - $5000.00 for the creation of a website. I am looking for something nice but a little cheaper. I figured it all else fails I could take a course at the local college for web design which only cost about 450.00 but even that was more than I wanted to pay. If anybody knows of any great web designers or websites that I can design myself with a nice template I wold greatly appreciate it. Thanks a bunch!!

Hi Eboni!

What size of a site are you planning? Will it be strictly informational? I have very affordable web hosting and design fees. Let me know if I can help! smileys/smiley1.gif

I am looking for about a 3 to 5 page website. A standard mortgage broker/loan officer/real estate agent website. A must have though is somewhere I can accept applications online and also accept application fees. I will be looking a different mortgage websites and get back to you. Thank you so much for the fast response.

Hi Eboni,

Yet another WAHM offering web design. Superior quality at an affordable rate. Check out my business site.

www.p7n.net

PS: Whoever gave you that outrageous quote is completely unreasonable. A 3-5 page site shouldn't be more than $300 max.

Cheers,
Misti
